FBI Investigator Lawsuit: Bush Sr & Jr Attempting to Rig 2000 Election: July 27, 2000 - As set out in emails below, Plaintiff Charles A. Schlund has sued George Bush, Sr for illegal use of mind control devices against him while on investigative FBI investigative duties, in connection with alleged election-rigging in the 1992 Presidential election. The lawsuit, now with the US Court ofAppeals for the 9th Circuit, alleges that the mind control torture occured while Plaintiff Schlund was investigating, on behalf of the FBI, vote rigging in the 1992 Presidential election. Schlund's investigative efforts resulted in Clinton's election - eg, the election rigging to have George Bush win was defeated. According to Plantiff Schlund, as in the 1992 election, there may be a repeat attempt to rig the 2000 election by the Bush mind control networks. Charles A. Schlund agreed to release information about his lawsuit publicly. In other words you can make anything I write public. Part of my lawsuit concerns the appointment of corrupt judges. In the papers we had were the CIA's files on some of the State and Federal Judges that were going to appointed in the coming years. Most of these people I am unable to remember their file but some of them, even after I was torture for many years, I am still able to remember parts of their file. Please excuse the way I write. My order of words is incorrect in many things I write because of the control mode they use against me while I'm writing. My torturers change the modes they are torturing me with every time I sit in front of the computer to start writing. The control modes they change into limits my ability to write by at least 90%. This form of control is only used against me while I try to write and is designed to deprive me of my freedom of speech. My lawsuit is a demand for the government to remove the torture devices they installed in both sides of my neck and the supporting devices they installed in my ears. These devices were installed under the protection of a warrant by the Drug Enforcement Administration who I have always known as a covert operation of the CIA. These devices were installed while I was working with the FBI in a national security investigation. This was justified by first framing me as being a drug dealer. I was then tortured every day until the present. The current modes of torture are greatly reduced compared to the past but are still over powering and control my ability to write, work and function as a human being.
