Their opponents already have. I remember that just at the time they were
whining that Monica was just a young innocent of 23 who had been taken
advantage of by the big bad Clinton, Chelsea was receiving some really nasty
press, but they said it was okay because she was l8 and therefore an adult.
One expects Republicans to continue to adhere to their policy that "any means
to an end" is the way for them to go. There is no question that the
