Samantha, you didn't read what I wrote.  I said *one faction* of the NWO favored
synthetic medicines over natural ones...  My implication was that this
particular faction is interested more in protecting the endangered ecosystem
than in promoting individual liberty.  *This* is why they support the
pharmaceutical industry, not because they necessarily support business--they
tend to regard it as messy and inconvenient and rather prefer state
monopolies--but because manmade medicines don't require plundering rainforests
these particular NWO types regard as sacrosanct.  I'm not talking about
cultivated herbals; there are many which do not survive cultivation, or which
lose their efficacy when cultivated, and these are still being harvested in the
wild.

This NWO faction may be allied to the Prince Philip-WWF group who appear to be
interested in depopulating Africa, if speculation seen on this list some time
ago is correct.

In any event, my response to Amelia's post was REALLY designed to show how such
a post could indeed be legitimate material for conspiracy theory.
