Subject: Oct. 13 Hearing In Vince Foster FOIA Case in Los Angeles
On October 13, 2000, at 10:00 a.m. in Room 1600 of 312 N. Spring
St., in Los Angeles, CA, Judge William Keller will hold a hearing
in my Vince Foster FOIA case. If the Office of Independent
Counsel does not file a petition for review with the U.S. Supreme
Court by approximately October 10th, then the OIC has to make the
original gun-in-hand Polaroid available for public inspection and
produce 9 other original Polaroids to Judge Keller for inspection
by the judge, without me being present. Among these 9 Polaroids
is the alleged neck wound photo. I suspect the October 13th
hearing will be to discuss the logistics of all this.
