Podesta who not only is the scandal-control person of the Clinton-Gore White House, but documents show is deeply enmeshed in the e-mail scandal. Mr. Podesta�s testimony arises in Judicial Watch�s $90-million Filegate class action lawsuit. �Whether Mr. Podesta is willing to admit it or not, the hard fact that the e-mailgate scandal reached as high as his office shows it is likely that Mr. and Mrs. Clinton also are part of the coverup,� stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. �Mr. Podesta�s testimony will be most illuminating even if, like some other witnesses, he claims a faulty memory.
