LONDON - The campaign to legalize marijuana in Britain gained a burst of
new momentum this weekend as politicians, pundits and even some police
officers called for repeal of the prohibition on use of the drug. And it
all came about as a backlash against a tough new proposal calling for "zero
tolerance" of marijuana.

the music pavillion downtown and I'm going to contact my friends at NORML
tomorrow. Are there any forms we need to fill out? we don't have a phone
number, but most everyone at school here uses e-mail anyway. I'mt hinking
about putting a jam band and a hip hop act downtown that day and having a big
party. I'm not sure if I should notify the police, I don't know that they'd
be all that supportive, although I guess you never know. I've just heard a
lot of bad things about the Kent cops. There is a headshop across from the
police station though. Alright man, get back to me on the info if you would.
