-Caveat Lector- I agree. Right now new 'hate crime' legislation is about to be passed that will involve federal investigation/involvement of all suspected 'hate crimes'. And the federal "war on AIDS" declared a couple of months ago allows the DOD to involve their federal selves in all state, county and city health departments. And talking to some EPA people recently I learned that no funding is forthcoming to local branches of the EPA in lieu of centralization in D.C.
