The year after I left they brought in some great system where if the marks for your
school were well above the average some faceless socialist would change your
individual marks, so people who scored As suddenly had Cs and so forth. Not
surprisingly there was an uproar etc., and it also contributed to all the half-wits
who got into University the next couple of years and the 50% drop-out rate at the same
Universities.
