A capital idea. I often tell people (and I'm quite serious) that we should
re-introduce duelling as a way of settling legal disputes. Think of the exodus of
lawyers, the lack of phony, fraudulent or vexatious legal cases if people knew that
they might be made to fence or shoot it out with their opponent.
