There is little doubt the air's CO2 concentration has
risen significantly since the inception of the Industrial Revolution;
and there are few who do not attribute the CO2 increase to the increase
in humanity's use of fossil fuels. There is also little doubt the earth
has warmed slightly over the same period; but there is no compelling reason
to believe that the rise in temperature was caused by the rise in CO2.
Furthermore, it is highly unlikely that future increases in the air's
CO2 content will produce any global warming; for there are numerous problems
with the popular hypothesis that links the two phenomena.

Gore's Top Lawyers Face Legal Complaint

The National Legal and Policy Center on Thursday filed a complaint with
the Florida Bar Association requesting that Gore's attorneys David Boies
and Mitchell Berger be investigated for apparent professional misconduct
relating to an allegedly false affidavit that they offered to two Florida
courts last week.
NLPC cited recent articles saying used an affidavit from an Illinois
attorney about the treatment of "dimpled" ballots in an Illinois case
and that the affidavit appeared to be false.

many pending lawsuits against the Florida election results, he asked the
court to declare him the winner on the grounds that there are still thousands

yet, how does he know he's the winner?

says:
"Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose
of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed
by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner
as the legislature of such State may direct."

Court and on the AMERICAN PEOPLE. His team persuaded an Illinois attorney
to sign an affadavit swearing that the Court Case in Illinois concerning
Dimple counting resulted in the Dimples being counted when in fact the
opposite is true, the dimples were not counted.. That affadavit
was used as evidence of precedence in the Florida Court causing the Justices
to allow the counting of Dimples to continue in Florida.

ballots were thrown out because voters selected more than one candidate
for president. This shows a revote should be taken.
Fact: Most of the ballots
were from people who made mistakes and received replacement ballots. |
Complaint 2: The
ballot was illegal because Sec. 101.51 of the Florida Statutes provides
that the box for selecting a candidate should appear to the right of a candidate's
name.
Fact: Sec. 101.151 does
not apply to the Palm Beach County procedures. |
Complaint 3: 3407
Palm Beach residents cast their ballots for the Reform Party candidate.
Gore allies like Rep. Robert Wexler charge that those votes rightfully belong
in the vice president's column.
Fact: In Buchanan�s 1996
presidential primary, over 4,000 area residents voted for Buchanan. |

(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates,
or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and
carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other
thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the
United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public
officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned
not more than three years, or both.
(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map,
book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals,
removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall
be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or
both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding
any office under the United States.
