As a Chicagoan I take exception to the propagation of this lie. Certainly
there were problems in the past in Cook but none that weren't offset by
fraudulant GOP votes in the hinterlands of our state. And I'd dare say that
the problems in this area now are no worse than anywhere else in the country.
