The latest CFR membership roster, published in its recently released Annual Report for the year ending June 30, 2000, embraces 207 new regular members and 103 five-year "term" members (age 34 or younger). Bode, former moderator of the Public Broadcasting System program Washington Week in Review; • John R. Bolton, senior vice president of the American Enterprise Institute; • Max Boot (term), editorial features (op-ed) editor of The Wall Street Journal; • Richard M. Cohen, columnist for the Washington Post; • Justin Doebele, staff writer for Forbes magazine; • Wyche Fowler Jr., ambassador to Saudi Arabia, and former Democratic U.S. senator (Georgia) and U.S. representative; • James E. Johnson, assistant secretary of the Treasury for Enforcement; • James L. Jones, Marine Corps commandant; • U.S. Senator J. Robert Kerrey (D-Neb.); • Tod Lindberg, editor of the Heritage Foundation’s Policy Review, columnist for the Washington Times, and regular contributor to The Weekly Standard; • Herbert I. London, dean of the Gallatin Division of New York University; • Glenn Cartman Loury, professor of economics at Boston University; • David R. Malpass, chief international economist for the investment banking and brokerage firm Bear, Stearns & Company; • Thomas F.
