Could these men have left the car motor running and died of
carbon monoxide poisoning, one or more smoking when falling
asleep. Then the car could have caught fire and burned them
all up with no witnesses? I know that sounds unlikely but
so does "group" spontaneous combustion. This idea has
always interested me because it is scary and how does
something so full of water as the human body burst into
flames?
