 AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES WITH RESPECT TO

Nakano Comments:
Please notice the term "EXECUTIVE ORDER" is
clearly and conspicuously used in this official
release by the White House Press Office.
Nowhere does the Constitution give the president
the authority to rule by decree.
The lawmaking power is reserved only to Congress.
It's simple.
Either the government is operating under the
authority of, and in accordance with, The Constitution
or it is not.
Clearly it is not.
With a little thought, one could make a very long
list of examples in which the government is not
operating constitutionally.
The very first item on this list would be
the Federal Reserve.
Can anyone think of some more things which should
be on this list?

     Regards to All
       Nakano
