The Pentagon studies the Web surfing habits of kids

WASHINGTON, Jan. 30 — The Pentagon is right now trolling a database of the Web surfing habits of children. No one knows why — yet. But the Electronic Privacy Information Center is on a mission to find out. The privacy group has filed a Freedom of Information Act request to ferret out the answers and just might kick in the door of the biggest cyber-rights story of the year.
