It's a little surprising the government hasn't
put out some bogus cover story such as:
The quake was caused by too many SUVs being
driven in the Seattle area. That is as credible
as the one about the ozone layer being destroyed
by CFCs in hairspray cans.
The earthquake could have been intensionally
created. The technology to cause earthquakes
does exist. This same technology is used for
weather control and several other things.
It's also possible the quake may have been an
unintended "side effect".
The earth's ionosphere is very highly reactive.
A tiny insect may cause an elephant to sneeze.
"Tickle" the ionosphere with a narrowly focused
beam of more than 3 Gigawatts and there may be
unintended consequences.
An example: At about 12:20 AM on the early morning of
Dec 15, 1994 - HAARP was "tested" in a short burst
of high power. The ionosphere convulsed in reaction.
This resulted in a massive power blackout in 8
western states and the western third of Canada.
The many power companies connected to that grid
were at a total loss to explain the blackout over
such a vast area.
Do you remember the so-called "Flood of the Century",
in the June-July of 1993?
Massive flooding occurred in several states along
the Mississippi River. It seemed the heavy rains
would never end.
The problem was the very strange behavior of
the "jet streams"....or "upper level steering
currents"
as they are often called.
Day after day, and week after week, the jet stream
just stayed in one area as if it were frozen
in place. This was highly unusual.
It is probable, this was caused by "scalar technology"
or "energetics" as the Russians refer to it.
HAARP is one example of this technology.
The flooding along the Mississippi may have been
intentional.....or not.
It may have been an unintended consequence of
large-scale climate modification.
