My opinion as just plain average American, Kerry is noi threat to
anybody and never was.
Not for president, that is. But if you go back some years ago, John
Glenn ran for President - do not ask me who the 7 men were running
against him for I only remember Gephardt, who is as appealing to me as
Gore.
So these 7 men during debate all took on John Glenn and tried to tear
him apart; that was their campaign, discredit the most powerful candidte
- all went after Glenn.
As a result, they were labeled Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs...for Glenn
had nothing against him other than he did not follow party line. I
stopped watching the debates .....
So they sell candidates as they started to sell hamberger
then.....remember when the hamberger advertising began to knock the
other products rather than tell you how good their product was.
It was alleged that this campaign against Kerry was started by Clinton
and Gore.....do not know if that is ture, but Kerry just is not
presidential material and you could tell that by looking at him.
John Glenn never ran on his medals; he ran on his good name - his golden
medals were stolen by burglars; a friend of mine who had son in law at
Langley believed it was done to show Glenn how close someone could get
to him, if they wanted to.
Believe this was accurate.....it was noted though that someone who knew
Kerry during Viet Nam war brought this out - probably to make a few
bucks, for everything now is for sale, including intergrity which is
something once sold, can never be returned or bought back.
So if anybody wanted Kerry this information was sometime back used by
Democrats to wipe out Kerry as they did John Glenn.
Might add John Glenn took out a life insurance policy when he had
campaign debts in the event he died before the bill was paid, the policy
would cover same.
Am still reminded of the guys I knew in Viet Nam who told stories of
little children running up to soldiers smiling, and then holding out
hands with grenade ready to kill.
Bill Clinton seems to be the one who loves to give medals - like he did
to Bob Dole to look good, but Done was no threat.....but to Kerry, well
Timothy McVeigh also receivied a bronze star and each no doubt were
doing what they were paid to do.
