Programs which make this possible already exist : The software "Net Eraser" from the company "Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) is supposed to guarantee its Internet users anonymity in the net. And the program "Triangle Boy" from the Safeweb company Http://www.safeweb.com even allows the user to disguise himself digitally. But the users of both programs shouldn't feel too safe. None other than the American Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) invested three million U.S. dollars into the start-up capital of "Science Applications International Corporation" (SAIC). And the CIA has also invested generously into the Safeweb company. The CIA's motives are not even secret. "We want to be able to cruise the net without letting our targets know that we are keeping an eye on them", a CIA spokesperson admitted openly.
