Police: 5-year-old girl sodomized at school
NEW YORK (AP) -- Two boys, ages 10 and 11, have been arrested in the
sodomy of a 5-year-old girl, who was attacked multiple times at an
elementary school.
The boys were charged Friday with first-degree sodomy and first-degree
sexual abuse, according to police Detective Edward Reuss.
Reuss said the attacks occurred at Public School 221 in Brooklyn on
Wednesday and Thursday. He said the girl was taken to an area hospital
for evaluation.
It was not immediately clear where inside the school the attack
occurred.
Board of Education officials did not return calls Friday night.
