-Caveat Lector- > Supreme Court Rules In Favor of School Religious Meetings (CNSNews.com) - The U.S. Supreme Court Monday ruled that a Christian children's club should not be treated differently than other outside groups that hold their meetings in public school buildings after classes let out for the day. In its 6-3 ruling, the Justices said a public school in upstate New York violated the Christian club's first amendment rights by refusing to let the club use the school building, when other groups were allowed to do so.
