I wish someone would appoint me as independent counselor for anything. I
could make it go on forever, and collect great paychecks for me and all my
closest friends while doing nothing of moment. It must be the best gig in
the world. What's a few million to the taxpayers? I mean if we ever find
out that there was someone in the White House who didn't think it mattered if
Cisneros paid his former mistress one amount of money or another, only God
could know the damage that would have been done to the past, present and
future of the United States. I don't think l4 million is too much to pay for
that. Another 14 million would be fine too. Perhaps this job could be
passed to the holder's heirs. That would keep the whole group in clover long
