Besides, if my son doesn't have lungs, how could he be hollering to his
brother at this very moment? And his best friend (age 6) has a
brain-stem tumor that has left him in a wheelchair, unable to eat
without a feeding tube or breathe without a tracheotomy. Is he less
than human?
