We live in a time when the energy resources of the planet are being depleted. There are few new forms of energy sources but none of them can replace oil. Almost every form of transport uses oil in its internal combustion engines (fuel and lubrication). Can you imagine your life without the current transport system? The whole world economy will come to a stand still. Let’s not forget that all forms of plastics and most chemicals are derived from oil as well. Oil is the single most important substance on the planet. Oil is what makes the world go around. As the world oil resources decrease, whoever controls these will be the master of the world. Currently 85% of the oil comes from the Arab countries. We have seen how OPEC by just slightly reducing the oil output has managed to double the oil price. NATO did not invade Iraq to protect human rights. NATO countries (US, Great Britain) want to secure the oil fields for themselves. They have more or less succeeded in this, by exerting their military might over the Arab countries. But what would happen if large oil reserves (bigger or equal to all of the current ones put together) were discovered in Russia’s backyard (The Caspian)? Well, it has happened and a great geo-strategic game is unfolding. The Russians and the NATO countries are competing for these oil reserves. Whoever brings this oil to Europe will control it. To bring the oil from the Caspian Sea to Europe a pipeline is needed. Both the Russians and the NATO countries are building pipelines and strangely both of them go through Macedonia. The policy of the Macedonian government has been to be neutral on this issue. Having both pipelines built can only mean greater benefits for Macedonia itself. The US-British proposal for the Bulgaria – Macedonia –Albania pipeline is underway, but it is running late due to the difficulty of the mountainous terrain. The pipeline section between Macedonia and Greece (Russian pipeline) has already been built, and the OKTA refinery has been sold to Greek interests. The Macedonia – Serbia section of the Russian pipeline is not ready yet due to the fighting between Albanian terrorists in Southern Serbia and North Macedonia. The NATO alliance is using the Albanians as proxies to fight their dirty war in stopping the Russian pipeline being built. If you look at the map nearly all of the fighting has been in areas where the pipeline is suppose to be built. Albanians live in other parts of Macedonia as well, why are they quiet there? A further proof of Russian interests in Macedonia is the Russian will to send military force to Macedonia. It took 78 days of NATO bombing for Russia to send its troops to Kosovo, yet only a week of fighting was needed for Russia to make an offer of it sending troops to Macedonia. The Greeks have already sent troops and large military aid to Macedonia. It is hard to believe that Macedonia’s enemy No 1 Greece is willing to help if it had no interests in Macedonia. Whether the current crisis is designed by NATO to slowdown or completely stop the Greece – Macedonia – Serbia section of the Russian pipeline we are not sure. What we know is that NATO is sweet talking Macedonia (expressing verbal support against Albanian extremists) while conducting a media war (CNN and BBC) as well as allowing CIA sponsored Albanian terrorists infiltrate Macedonia form Kosovo. The current behavior of NATO is destabilising Macedonia and threatens vital Macedonian national interests. It also questions Macedonian neutrality if the crisis escalates. Lets not forget that the Russians use the Macedonian alphabet (Cyrillic - Cyrill was Macedonian), that Russians were christianized by Macedonian missionaries and that all church services in Russia are still held in ancient Macedonian language. As Macedonian president Boris Tajkovski said : We will not be very selective of allies!
