"common sense" long since prevailed?
Are there not population groups whose "common sense" on world
population limitation is profoundly different from yours?
Roman Catholics? Orthodox Jews? Mormons? Traditionally
agricultural societies where children are wealth?

Which "they" are you talking about? Roman Catholics?
Orthodox Jews? Mormons? Bangladeshis? Arabs? The whole world?
What is it that "they" have to learn that you think they don't already know?
Who will define the choices that will be "laid out for them"?
Who will lay out the choices for "them"? The Roman Catholic Church?
The U.N.? The IMF? The Arab League? OPEC? The Council on Foreign
Relations?
What do you propose be done to "them" if the "common sense"
that guides "their" family planning decisions does not lead to
world population control?
