-Caveat Lector-
I really fail to see why these camps are still making their way around the conspiracy
culture. It seems to me that something of that magnitude would be kept strictly
covert and would not expect to see any evidence of them. When you see something it
probably is something else. Though I don't doubt they exist somewhere in some
capacity.
