Oh, but we DO have socialized medicine! Medicare! State programs like MediCal.
County hospitals. City hospitals.
Hospital emergency rooms MUST treat anyone that shows up for treatment. It's
the law. Have you visited an emergency room recently. They are the primary
medical care facilities for the underclass.
And if "all the social programs have been gutted" (which is absurd) then it
must have happened under the regime of Bill and Hillary Clinton because Bush
hasn't passed a budget yet.
