Cooper seems to be many different people and I am wondering if there is
another Cooper who works in much the same manner. Do not believe this
man was ever really Naval Intelligence ......loose lips sink ships and
all that.
Anyway you are welcome Ashley; however, this man seems to be involved in
something related to the work of a lot of different people - so will the
real Willicam C Cooper stand up?
