Title: 911 (emergency) bullshit
everytime I read an article that states this was done because of the date 911 I have to stop taking the post seriously.
Sep 11 was the day of the announcement of the British mandate, and the date of the signing of the camp David accords. That makes it a significant date in west Asian (middle east) history.
beside 911 is only an emergency number in the US , not to mention that every other place in the world writes Sep.11 as 11/9....
