To Whom It May Concern: I was mistaken about the location of the government U.S. Eco-Challenge it is in Alaska. Do you recognize any CIA agents, the government uses military forces within the CIA. It is much like The Manchurian Candidate but first released in 1954. Sinatra sealed both movies after the JFK Assassination. Why? I do know that the Cassini's good friend Profiro Rubirosa "Ruby" was with JFK the day before the assassination on Nov. 21, 1963. Rubi was involved in two other assassinations and was the son-in-law to President Trijuillo. Rubi was also collecting his mail at Sinatra's in Palm Springs in 1962-63. Both movies were released by United Artists whose president was Igor Cassini's lawyers, Arthur Krim & Louis Nizer. Krim was LBJ's personal adviser. Oleg Cassini (Jackie Kennedy's dress designer) 1st wife introduced George H.W. Bush into politics, actress Gene Tierney aka Mrs. Howard Lee of Houston! De Mohrenschildt's friend, Howard Hughes, Houston Oil man had the hots for Tierney! In 1989, I was able to get Frank Sinatra to autograph two photographs of himself with my uncle, Harold Adamson who wrote about 10 songs for Sinatra's first major movie Higher & Higher, Sinatra's first song which was an Academy Award Nomination, I Couldn't Sleep A Wink Last Night. Around 1994 I called Sinatra and told him on the speaker phone that he was duped into acting in the movie The Manchurian Candidate. What was I thinking? In Suddenly Sinatra poses as a FBI Agent. In the Manchurian Candidate he is working on an FBI-CIA joint operation! Has anyone ever search Sinatra's CIA file? Bruce Adamson Below are the credits for SUDDENLY ***************************************** Suddenly 1954 - USA - 75 min. - Feature, Available in Colorized Version, B&W AMG Rating Director Lewis Allen Genre/Type Crime, Crime Thriller Flags Violence, Questionable for Children MPAA Rating NR Keywords assassin, hostage, maniac, politician, scheme Themes Assassination Plots, Hostage Situations Tones Tense, Gritty, Forceful Set In California Produced by Robert Bassier / United Artists / United Artists Suddenly is the name of the small town invaded by professional assassin Frank Sinatra and his henchmen. Taking a local family hostage, Sinatra sets up a vigil at the second-story window of the family's home. From here, he intends to kill the President of the United States when the latter makes a whistle-stop visit to Suddenly. The film's tension level is enough to induce goose pimples from first scene to last. Sinatra is outstanding as the disgruntled war vet who hopes to become a "somebody" by killing the President. The parallels between his character and Lee Harvey Oswald's are too close for comfort, so much so that Suddenly was withdrawn from local TV packages for several years after the JFK assassination. Sinatra would claim in later years that he himself engineered the removal of Suddenly from general distribution, though in fact he'd lost whatever rights he'd held on the film when it lapsed into public domain. Be sure and miss the notorious colorized version of this black-and-white thriller, wherein Sinatra is transformed into Ol' Brown Eyes. -- Hal Erickson Frank Sinatra - John Baron Sterling Hayden - Tod Shaw James Gleason - Pop Benson Nancy Gates - Ellen Benson Paul H.
