Title: stopping "islamic" terrorism
A big step in stopping terrorism would be taking US troops out of Saudi Arabia. This seems to be a big sticking point with many Islamic fundamentalists, and osama in particular.
Rightly or wrongly, they feel we defile the land of the prophet.
Short of that maybe we could Station primarily Muslim American troops there.
