Each Declaration seems to have been a contract to be redeemed after the war creating a new State ,transfering a state from one band to the other ;or re-establishing one state destroyed by Germany . The new States were mostly done in territories the British Empire ceded in order to get the other powers involved to survive the event. After the war there was a symbiosis between the Communist-s and the Allies called the cold war ;which was used to transfer the territories negotiated. Our involvement placed us in a direct confrontation with the Russian Empire. F.D. Roosevelt never imagined intercontinental missiles were going to be deployed just 10 years after taking his decision to support Britain in the war ------------------------------------------------------------------------ A Coincidence ? 1. Britain received 13 Declarations including those of Australia, Canada, Netherlands and New Zealand for whom they negotiate. These seem to have been redeemed creating 13 monarchy-s established after 1945. 2. USSR received 47 declarations including those of Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Cuba, Nicaragua, Croatia, Slovakia, and Yugoslavia for whom they seem to have negotiated. These seem to have been redeemed by creating the only 47 States which bought their weapons and were socialist. USA received 98 including those of : Japan, Manchu-kuo, Thai, Greece, Finland, France, Italy, Guatemala, Haiti, and South Africa for whom they seem to have negotiated. These seem to have been redeemed by creating the only 98 States of "Free Enterprise". 4. There were only 38 States not destroyed by Germany nor by the redemption of the Declarations of War of the Allies. A review of the history of the war of 1939 can certify these states were the only ones not destroyed mainly because their distance from the conflict. The probabilities they will get what they are missing is non existent. Theaters of war were: the American Civil War , the Franco- Prussian war , and the Austro- Prussian War . A theater of war is what they did with the Prussian-s and French in the War of McKinley (1898-1918). A theater of war is what they planned with Stalin in 1940. In this last case the Germans saw the conspiracy and they stole one of the two armies. The alternative to armament-ism is to engage the opponent in order to limit the severity of the conflict.
