I read "The Last Circle" by Cheri Seymour (aka Carol Marshall) on the internet and it changed my opinion of Gunderson from spokesman/hero to likely double agent. If she is a basket case, she's the most accomplished basket case I've ever heard of. She seems healthy and peaceful and very much in control of her life. If you have time, "The Last Circle" is a fine piece of investigative journalism. Gunderson didn't look too good to me after reading that. The best and most credible book I've read about/from a government mind-control survivor is "A Nation Betrayed" by Carol Rutz. It's very well documented. Carol provides compelling evidence that Josef Mengele was part of US covert ops mind control experiments. The book can be ordered from her website: (http://my.dmci.net/~casey/). Another book published in 2001, "Secret Weapons: Two Sisters' Terrifying True Story of Sex, Spies and Sabotage" by Lynn Hersha, Cheryl Hersha, Dale Griffis PhD and Ted Schwarz is pretty good. Right now, I'm reading "Bluebird" by Colin A. Ross MD, about psychiatry's deliberate creation of MPD/DID's for covert government ops. I'm a little disappointed in this one, but I'm only up to page 100 so far. Ross, a shrink, blames shrinks for violating the Hippocratic Oath in carrying out these experiments but he doesn't blame to the government. In fact, he thinks the government is justified in their attempts to create Manchurian Candidates. I find his position very hard to reconcile. Everything is based on declassified documents and articles published in medical journals, so the sourcing is very good. So far, I haven't come across anything earth-shattering or terribly new, but I suppose it's a worthwhile book to have on the shelf. Those are the only sources I can think of that you haven't mentioned so far.
