-Caveat Lector- Osama has end stage renal disease requiring hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis on a continual basis, he was hospitalized in July/2001 at the American Hospital in Dubaii for renal failure and was being dialysed at that time. This makes it very unlikely that he is anywhere near any of those "caves" if at all in Afghhanistan since last July!
