My fellow Smirkistanis. Yes, that's right. Make no mistake about
it.
My fellow Smirkistanis, by virtue of the resounding successes of the
CIA orchestrated attacks of 911 and the corporate media/military
Psyops propaganda war upon the hearts and minds of the citizens of the
U.S., my personal popularity is now higher than that of any "elected"
American president in history. I'm now more popular than Allah or even
Jaysus H. Christ himself.
Accordingly, I, Smirkala W. Bushghazi, do now hereby declare,
through
Imperious Executive Order(IEO) #911, that from this day forward the
name of our formerly great nation be changed to the United States of
Smirkistan. Attorney General Mullah Mohammed Asscrack says I can.
I fully intend to continue and expand the Global War of Aggression
and
Corporate Colonization(GWACC). Any country(s) that does not fully
support my efforts to ensure transglobal corporate security and
colonization will be considered to be a member of the Axis of Evil and
should prepare their citizens to be indiscriminately bombed back into
the stone age.
Thanks to the Tyranny Acts of 2001, my Bushghazi Junta has been
handed
more power to use against its citizens than any previous, legal
administration. The Tyranny Acts will be fully implemented to assure
Transglobal Corporate Security here at home and abroad.
Henceforth, any and all residents of the United States of
Smirkistan
are now to be suspected evil doers of terrorist activities. I warn
all, citizen and non-citizen alike, of the following changes to
Smirkistani Corporate Law.
All electronic communication can and will be intercepted and
analyzed
without search warrants. Phone calls, voice mail, cell phones, faxes,
beeper messages, emails, CB and short wave radio, walkie talkies, and
surfing the internet.
All information obtained during criminal investigations is to be
shared and distributed to the FBI, NSA, CIA, INS, Secret Service, and
military without any judicial review, with no limits to how these
agencies can use the information once it is obtained. This includes,
but is not limited to, confidential grand jury testimony, tax records,
banking and investment records, business records, credit reports,
health records, employment records, travel history, education records,
library records, and video rentals.
"Sneak and Peek Searches" are authorized for secret searches for
any
criminal investigation, allowing the government to enter your home or
office and conduct a search, take photographs, and download your
computer files without notifying you.
Law enforcement can shop for warrants in any court in any
jurisdiction
where it is conducting an investigation for a search anywhere in the
country. Judges are forbidden to deny these requests or even inquire
as to why they are being requested. This makes it near impossible for
individuals subjected to searches to challenge the warrant.
A new type of crime, Domestic Terrorism has been created, which is
necessary for prosecuting of the "War of Global Aggression and
Corporate Colonization(GWACC). By expanding the definition of
terrorism, the Tyranny Acts of 2001 will allow the government to levy
heavy penalties for minor offenses, including political protests,
affiliations, and dissent.
The CIA is now allowed to spy on all Smirkistanis. The Director of
Central Intelligence now has the power to gather intelligence inside
Smirkistan and demand the disclosure of information obtained by the
FBI to the CIA- even if it is about law-abiding Smirkistani citizens.
Wiretap authority is expanded to include minimum judicial
supervision
of law enforcement wiretaps, including the equivalent of "blank check"
warrants, intelligence wiretaps that need not specify the phone to be
tapped or require that only the target's conversations be eavesdropped
upon, and allowing the FBI to use its "intelligence"(FISA) authority
to circumvent judicial review of the probable cause requirement of the
Fourth Amendment.
A de facto suspension of habeas corpus now permits authorities to
indefinitely detain any suspected evildoer without legal counsel, and
without meaningful judicial review. Non-citizen and citizen alike can
expect communications with their attorneys to be monitored, if legal
counsel can be obtained.
Attorney General Mullah Mohammed Asscrack has requested and been
granted the authority to reinstate COINTELPRO, the FBI's
counterintelligence program. Any religious, civic, or social groups
that do not fully support the Smirkistani Corporate Rule of Law and
GWACC can and will be infiltrated and subverted. Their members will be
discredited as evil doers and be jailed or executed accordingly.
With so many potential evil doing terrorists inhabiting Washington
D.C., I've decided to relocate Executive Ranch operations to my
recently renamed abode, the Prairie Chapel, located in Allah's Country
deep in the Heart of Texas, where security risks are much lower.
