-Caveat Lector- It's just one more thing that makes Office Max a lousy company. They refused to make good when a) the printer I ordered from their website was defective and b) they sent the wrong size toner cartridges. Fortunately, HP, the printer manufacturer, actually does care about their customers and did the exchange directly.
