A flip answer to the clever comments would be that Christians have churches, Jews have synagogues and temples, Muslims have mosques, etc.
All individuals have enough difficulty knowing what is going on in their own religious group and have little interest, time or inclination to research other groups,consequently being unable to answer question about other groups.
But heck, let's just go with the brilliant research done by liberals and antisemites on this board: Only Christians, Jews, and the Christian conservatives have the tenacity intelligence, patience and long term planning ability to plan something as complex as infiltrating or taking over anything.
