If the case goes to Court then the note could be made available in any Court of Law. Meanwhile trying cases in the news media is a favorite passtime. We once had a guy here make 60 Minutes the same day I did - he though was on trial as a serial rapist. Now there was a psychiatric report leaked to the press and they got caught, for a stupid assistant prosecutor trying to make brownie points with a reporter, removed the staples from his report, and made a copy. Now when it hit the fat and the newspaper had the report, the Prosecutor was the first to demand the 5 copies that had gone out and it turned out is own man, was the one with two stapler marks....boom, he was sacked. This report was not drawn up for the entertainment of the public, and it was private -until it came into the Court Room where it was then made public legally. It is obvious what the motive was with this man - one day a bit timer and the next day torn apart in the press prior to a trial. to tell the truth when I saw this one woman on TV who claimed she lost a million dollars, only had $20,000 left - she had nothing to begin with - what upset her was she could not unload her stock and pass it on to some unsuspecting person. Enron - it was like a run on a bank .... Until that note is introduced in court with good cause it is just nobody's business. There is enough domestic sabotage and olitical espionage going on in this country and I say this - suicide notes are written in despair and the letter was personl, not sent in the USA Mail system - it was a personal note, and was part of official police investigation - OSaba <A HREF="http://www.ctrl.org/";>www.ctrl.org</A> DECLARATION & DISCLAIMER ========== CTRL is a discussion & informational exchange list.
