Attached is a copy of my letter to the Registrar
of the ICTR protesting the
suspension of
my investigator Pierre Karangwa on secret allegations by the
Prosecutor that he may be a war criminal, a complete
slander and an obvious
attempt to sabotage
the defense of General Ndindiliyimana. This event
demonstrates the completely politcal character of the
Rwandan tribunal whose
sole purpose is to
cover up the crimes of the US and its allies in Rwanda in
1994 which they have so far succeeded in covering up by
claiming to have
been negligent in not
acting when in fact they were engaged completely in
the murder of millions of people.
General Ndindiliyimana will be asking that
President Clinton, Prime Minister
Major,
President Museveni of Uganda, former president Mwinyi of Tanzania,
Madelaine Albright, Prudence Bushnell, Henry
Kissinger, Warren Christopher,
Al Gore,
the director of the CIA, Paul Kagame the cabinet of the Belgian
governement of the day, Kofi Anan and other important
people involved in the
war in Rwanda
testify and subject themselves to cross-examination by the
defense with respect to their role in the preparations for
the war against
Rwanda and for their
responsibility for war crimes committed under their
direction.
The truth will be known.
