HELLO,
I am the one who took the lawsuit to the US Supreme Court regarding the
secret coded numbers placed upon tens of millions of Americans.
See, CROSBY v. U.S.A.F. 449 U.S. 1067, 101 S. Ct. 797.
Currently, I have been in Montana for about one year, I am here to
reopen this lawsuit for Fraud on the Court, Failure to Obey 2 Federal Court
Orders, and, Tampering with 2 US Federal Grand Juries.
I am in Billings, and filed with the Court here SEPT. 4, 2001, and
since that time we have been exchanging MOTIONS, the Gov't to Dismiss,
me proving beyond a reasonable doubt they did committ crimes and the
litigation should be sent back to square one. Moreover, I just sent the
9th Circuit Court of Appeals an "EMERGENCY MOTION" requesting an
order/compel the US Attorney here to turn over to the FOREMAN of the
Federal Grand Jury the criminal charges I have sent to him/her via
CERTIFIED MAIL. Awaiting answer on that, they have 21 days.
The charges were GENOCIDE and WAR CRIMES, both under TITLE 18 U.S.C.
Oh yea, I can prove it, remember, I am the one who has all the proof,
19 EXHIBITS so marked by the Courts. Who got marked? Well, veterans
irst, as of 1977, 20 MILLION!
Now, all 26 MILLION !! How about civilians ?
Well, since I have PLAINTIFF'S EXHIBIT 19, the "infamous corporation
questionaire" and this is the proof they have the codes and use them to
blacklist veterans from jobs, I would say that fits systematic
limination. Want to see some of the documents ??
Can FAX them to you if you give me a number.
Can also give you the DOCKET NUMBERS from the Court here and in San Francisco
(9th Circuit).
Want to really know about HOLOCAUST II right here in AMERICA ???!!!!!
By the way, people in TEXAS thought this whole thing up, starting in 1956,
when Gov't got its computers in 1964, thats when they, the codes, really
took off. Imagine having this coded number in a computer, retreivable via
using the SSN, no job, no bank loan, no life insurance, no benefits State
or Federal. Millions of veterans with an Honorable Discharge have a BAD
coded number.
