One has only to read Alex Cockburn's "Sour Thoughts for Dog Days" in the Sept 2/9 copy of The Nation to see that the Israeli are not only pounding the Palestinians into submission, but making sure that anyone in the USA who does not favor Israeli's plans and policies is ground into the pavement as well.
