Trouble is, people are trusting and tend to believe the madmen. The light of truth shines only with time, and usually when it is too late. Madmen's smoke and mirrors can fade it away. Just say no to madmen, "I will not lift weapons to kill my fellow men for you, no matter what" and it should be enough. Those who do kill, just show them the deeds of their own hands and let them come face to face with it. If they don't come to their senses, insanitarium is the right place for them.
