Its pretty simple
Arabs come from the Arabian peninsula and speak Arabic.
The Arabs swept out of the peninsula and also inhabit parts of north Africa.
Turks come from turkey and speak Turkish

I never buy my way, and of the Turks I knew, a lot of them were Arabs.
Perhaps if we had a glossary, we could establish a better dialogue.
