Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., (5 percent), Falls Church (25 percent), and McLean, Va., (70 percent), and is expected to be completed by Nov. 7, 2007. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. There were an unknown number of bids solicited via Broad Agency Announcement on March 21, 2002, and 26 bids were received.
