There is only one authority that can keep the United States from becoming the second phase of Globalization – the Congress of the United States.
It is my wish that hearings be held in both Houses, as soon as possible, to stop the final phase of the Elite’s plan – the destruction of our Bill of Rights and our Constitution, and the creation of the American Union, under the control of the Global Union, formerly known as the New World Order.
When you first took office, you swore - "I do solemnly swear that I will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
We desperately need your help – now.

Congressional Oversight
Many of our nation’s problems are caused by the lack of adequate Congressional oversight. This failing has gotten worse since around 1980, and regardless of which party is in control. Below are typical examples.
1. Great Depression of 1929 - The Federal Reserve System deliberately caused the ’29 depression by manipulating the U.S. money supply. From 1915 to early 1929, the money supply was very loose. You could get a loan to do almost anything. The Standard & Poor’s Index followed the same pattern during this same period. Both went into free-fall from ’29 to ’33. The Fed drastically tightened the money supply, and loans were almost unavailable, resulting in a panic. Unable to pay their massive debts, many committed suicide. Those who try to cover for the Fed say that the depression was caused by the Glass-Spiegal Act, which is far from the truth.
2. The Attack on Pearl Harbor - President Franklin D. Roosevelt knew that the Japanese Navy was heading for Hawaii twelve days before the attack on Pearl Harbor, and he failed to warn the military stationed on this island. His purpose was to create an excuse to declare war against Japan during WW-II.

3. The Vietnam War– The U.S. State Dept. said that at 3:40 a.m. EDT (3:40 p.m. Saigon time), August 2, 1964, the destroyer Maddox, on patrol in the Gulf of Tonkin, reported that it was "being approached by high speed craft with apparent intention of torpedo attack. Intend open fire in necessary self defense." (Message 020740Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; Department of State, Vietnam Working Group Files: Lot 72 D 219, DeSoto Patrols, August) Twenty-seven minutes later, the Maddox reported that it was being attacked by three North Vietnamese patrol craft and had opened fire. (Message 020807Z to Commander Seventh Fleet; ibid.) In the ensuing engagement, the Maddox and aircraft from the U.S.S. Ticonderoga damaged two of the patrol craft, which retreated to the North, and left one dead in the water. Reports on the incident reached Washington shortly after 4 a.m. U. S. military escalation was justified on the basis of the Gulf of this Tonkin attack against U. S. ships. We know today that that incident was fabricated purely to deceive the American people in order to win their support for additional military action.
Expert witnesses – 1970–1971 Emmy Award winning, CBS’s "60 Minutes" anchor, Morley Safer and his producer, Joe Wershba, blew the whistle on the phony Gulf of Tonkin attack tale, the start of the domino effect in Vietnam.
4. Operation Northwoods – March 13, 1962, L. L. Limnitzer, Chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, proposed that a bevy of lies be spread upon the U.S. public to justify the invasion of Cuba. Typical lies were:
“….We could blow up a US ship in Guantanamo Bay and blame Cuba.
…We could blow up a drone (unmanned) vessel anywhere in Cuba waters
….We could develop a Communist Cuban terror campaign in the Miami area, in other Florida cities and even in Washington. …We could sink a boatload of Cubans enroute to Florida (real or simulated). ….Exploding a few plastic bombs in carefully chosen spots, the arrest of Cuban agents and the release of prepared documents substantiating Cuban involvement…
…Use of MIG type aircraft by US pilots could provide additional provocation. Harassment of civil air, attacks on surface shipping and destruction of US military drone aircraft by MIG type planes would be useful as complimentary actions. An F-86 properly painted would convince air passengers that they saw a Cuban MIG, especially if the pilot of the transport were to announce such fact.
… Hijacking attempts against civil air and surface craft could appear to continue as harassing measures condoned by the government of Cuba.
… It is possible to create an incident which will demonstrate convincingly that a Cuban aircraft has attacked and shot down a chartered civil aircraft…”
Luckily, this plan was shot down by President Kennedy before it could take place, but this was a clear example of the top military commander at the time, Limnitzer, losing control of his senses and risking war with the Russians.

5. Assassination of President John F. Kennedy – This tragic murder directly involved Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson, Director of the FBI, J. Edgar Hoover, and many other prominent men of the time. The Warren Commission was used to keep Congress from doing it’s own investigation.

6. Assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy – Those involved in the JFK killing were also involved in this murder, as well. Lyndon Johnson made sure that Congress looked the other way on this one as well.

7. The assassination of Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr. – The same people who planned the killings of the Kennedy brothers were also directly involved in the murder of King. J. Edgar Hoover’s efforts were exposed by the Senator Frank Church Select Committee to Study Government Operations in 1976, which laid out Hoover’s and the FBI’s efforts to discredit MLK.

8. The Gulf War – Ambassador April Glaspie told Saddam Hussein - “But we have no opinion on the Arab-Arab conflicts, like your border disagreement with Kuwait.” This was President George Herbert Walker Bush’s direct invitation for Iraq to invade Kuwait, so that he could become a hero by saving Kuwait and Saudi Arabia from the invading Iraq army.

9. War with Yugoslavia – The Elite needed to change the government of Yugoslavia so that they could run pipelines from the Caspian Sea oil fields to the West to a salt water port.

10. War with Afghanistan – The Elite needed to change the government of Afghanistan so that they could run pipelines from the Caspian Sea oil fields to China, and South to a salt water port, without going through Iran. The wars in both Yugoslavia and Afghanistan were necessary to protect the interests of big oil, big banking, money laundering, and illegal drug trafficking.

11. The 9-11 attacks on America - There is no evidence (yet) that the Elite were directly involved in the 9-11 attacks, but they certainly have used this event to destroy our Bill of Rights and Constitution.

12. Executive Orders – The powers of the Presidency have been greatly enhanced through the use of Executive Orders, to the great loss of control by Congress. Laws must originate in Congress, not the White House.
13. The Secret Elite have taken over the U.S. – Members of the Bilderbergs, Council on Foreign Relations, and Trilateral Commission have quietly taken over almost all key positions within our government, the news media, the Labor Unions, academia, banking, foundations, and industry. Their goal is to subvert the Bill of Rights and Constitution, to destroy the sovereignty of this nation, and to bring it under the control of the Global Union. How Can the Massive Federal Debt be Paid Off?
Our national debt is now well above five trillion dollars (if they counted every debt obligation, and accounted for them in the same manner as they require the public to account for them, the "REAL" Fed debt is $39 TRILLION). Did you ever wonder who we owe all of this money to? Will it ever be possible, or even practical, to pay it off? Who benefits when the debt continues to increase?
None of our government leaders seem to be very concerned about such a huge debt. Why?
How much interest is due? Who collects the interest? Who stands to benefit if the national debt is never paid off? Could it be those public spirited people who collect their share of the interest?
Where is all the gold that used to be stored in the vaults at Fort Knox?
There are people who know the answers to the above questions. Our government propaganda mills call such people "conspiracy nuts", or "hate groups". Have you bothered to check-out what the conspiracy nuts are trying to tell you? Do you care?
If it can be shown that any person, or any group of people, is using an especially advantageous position of power to gain an excessive financial profit from the U.S. government, then it may be possible to declare such excessive profit as a motive for insurrection against the government of the United States.
Section 4 of Amendment 14 of the U.S. Constitution states that ". . . neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, . . . but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.".
At the present time, there are apparently many people who are using their advantageous positions to get their hands on 'government' money, including the owners of the Federal Reserve banking system. It is now evident that the owners of the Federal Reserve Banks are making an excessive profit from interest on the national debt-the greater the debt, the more the interest, the greater the profits to the bank owners.
In other words, it may be possible (if any lawyers are willing to try) to prove that the national debt is an illegal debt, and that the owners of the Federal Reserve Banks are guilty of insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

THINK ABOUT IT #2
In spite of national opinion polls showing that most people are tired of hearing about President Clinton's alleged lies and sexual perversions, such trivia continues to dominate the major network news programs. Why? Could it simply be the plan, as usual, of a group of powerful, greedy lawyers to get their hands on a very large amount of 'government' money? Or is it a far more sinister plan by a larger group of very powerful 'movers and shakers'? Could it be that the major news media are actually being controlled by such powerful people? If so, what are they trying to keep hidden by their trivial smoke screens? Is something going on in the background that we are not supposed to know about?
It seems that there is always something - the O. J. Simpson trial, the death of Princess Diana, the White Water investigation, and even the death of actor Frank Sinatra - that draws a great deal more attention from the news media than should be expected, and for such a drawn-out period of time that the audience is driven to boredom. It is no wonder that the majority of citizens are tuned-out and turned-off!
Nowadays, it has become very popular for the hosts of radio and television talk shows to encourage audience participation, including telephone, fax, and internet call-ins. However, questions and comments by the audience are very carefully, and very discreetly, screened.
Let us, for example, try to imagine a good, logical reason why the 'controlled' media refuse to allow questions and comments about the so-called 'One World Order', which is reported by knowledgeable 'conspiracy' theorists to be the ultimate goal of the little-known Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg group? One would logically reason, if, indeed, their ultimate plan is to wipe-out world democracy, that those who are truly in-charge (the true movers and shakers) would actually encourage questions and comments of the subject, in order that their expert debaters could steer the audience to their way of thinking. In fact, that subject is avoided like the plague.
In one memorable example (after the Waco holocaust), CBS's Dan Rather was on-the-scene in a live interview of an outspoken member of one of the state militias. But the interview suddenly took a wrong turn when the militia member began talking about the CFR conspiracy (Dan Rather is a member of the CFR). Rather very quickly ended the interview. This is not meant to imply that Dan Rather is not a loyal, patriotic, well-intentioned citizen of his nation. Hopefully, like the other major network news anchors, he was only enticed to join the CFR (a truly impressive list of people) as a misguided career move.

UNITED NATIONS CRIMINAL COURT
On May 20, 1993, the Senate Foreign Relations Committee approved a measure (SJ Res 32), sponsored by Senator Dodd, that commits the United States government to support (and pay for) the efforts of the United Nations to establish an "International Criminal Court."
Up to this time no legislator dared to offer such legislation which would have the U.N. conduct trials and bring U.S. citizens before an international court for so-called "international crimes."
"The resolution also requires President Clinton to submit to Congress a detailed report on U.S. efforts in support of: "establishing such a court with jurisdiction over crimes of an international character by the first of October."
Senator Helms of North Carolina asked what actions would be construed as an international crime and he was told: "genocide, colonialism, intervention, environmental offenses, insults to a foreign State and dissemination of false or distorted news, would all be included as
international offenses which could be prosecuted."
Under this legislation, U.S. citizens could be tried, convicted and punished not according to the laws of our own country, but under international rules that have yet to be worked out according to those who are engineering the New World Order.
Senators who voted in favor of this legislation were: Pell* (RI), Biden (DE), Simon (IL), Feingold (WI), Moynihan* (NY), Robb* (VA), Wofford (PA), Kerry* (MA), Sarbanes* (MD), Matthews (TN) and Dodd* (CT). (Note: * indicates membership in the Council on Foreign Relations)
All these elected Senators took the Congressional Oath of Office which requires them to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same so help me God."
It is obvious that they will not protect the Constitutional rights of their constituents, for they hear only the drums of their internationalists' New World Order.

An Associated Press article, by Jeffrey Ulbrich, dated July 9, 1998, appeared in the Austin American Statesman, Section A17, and states:
Byline Brussels, Belgium - "As the world gets smaller, the U.S. Supreme Court will be drawing on judgments from other countries in its own deliberations", Justice Sandra Day O'Connor* said Wednesday.
O'Connor is heading a team of U.S. Justices - including Texas chief justice - who are talking with European judges and court officials during a 10-day, four-country visit.
"The justices have discovered that the issues facing European courts are often the same ones U.S. judges face", said Justice Stephen Breyer*, a member of the four-judge Supreme Court delegation.
"Why should people in Brussels be telling us what to do?" he asked. "That sounds like people in Tulsa asking 'Why should Washington tell us what to do?'"
Also involved in the visit are Supreme Court justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg* and Anthony Kennedy, along with Chief Justice Tom Phillips of the Texas Supreme Court, Judge Richard Arnold of the U.S. 8th Circuit of Appeals in St. Louis and a number of other American judicial officials and law professors.
Their first stop was Luxembourg where the justices had long talks with the 15 judges at the European Court of Justice and other officials, followed by visits to European Union institutions in Brussels.' The justices also are scheduled to visit courts in Germany and France.
There are clear differences between the U.S. Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice, a branch of the 15-nation European Union.
In Europe, for example, a legal issue can be extracted from a national case, sent to the European Court for a decision, then returned to the originating country where the case is then continued. The U.S. court can only rule on cases, not issues isolated from cases.
Still, "in every successful democracy, we find an unelected judiciary that is playing a role...in applying a fundamental charter." O'Connor said.
"We were tremendously impressed with their ability to function with 11 official languages," Ginsburg said.
Of particular interest to the Americans are European decisions on such issues as discrimination in the workplace, religious freedom and state sovereignty within a federal system.
"In the next century, we are going to want to draw upon judgements from other jurisdictions." O'Connor said. "We are going to be more inclined to look at the decisions of that (European) Court...and perhaps use them and cite them."
Some examples, she said, are air disasters and the limitations on liability contained in the Warsaw Convention. The Supreme Court has had to interpret that convention, but only after looking at what other courts have done.
In today's shrinking world, there is a whole network of international treaties with dispute-resolution mechanisms, she said.
"We are going to see in the next century a considerable amount of litigation coming out of these treaties," O'Connor said.
