Is 'allclean' also a cmake convention? I originally tried 'distclean'
which is the convention that I know about.

I gave it a quick try, and "./iminstall" errored immediately with
"Unknown architecture.  Cannot build." for everything it tried... I
guess it really doesn't know about amd64 :-) It might work on my VAX
even with NetBSD, looking at the "mach" script. I don't think there's a
single 64-bit architecture in there; possibly decalpha, but that started
out as 32-bit too and it might be that old.

I think we can safely remove imlib support.

Maybe if we were desperate for a replacement, ImageMagick (there's an I
and an M again... coincidence? Yes, according to
http://www.imagemagick.org/script/history.php ImageMagick didn't start
at SDSC) might be a candidate?
