In other random infrastructural time-filling, I've rewritten the
README and CHANGES files a bit into multimarkdown. This keeps them
still pretty straightforwardly text as they have been, but gives just
a little more structure, and yields plain but better-than-.txt HTML
output. From current files:

(also took the chance to make CHANGES reverse-chronological, and fix
   some typos along the way)

The bored reader who's stalking me will notice that I used asciidoc
for the bzr-crash-course, which has much nicer HTML output, and wonder
why I went with mmd here instead. Basically, asciidoc is great for
something plain-text-editable with excellent outputs. But for these
files, they're really gonna be mostly _read_ as plaintext, and a
little experimenting with CHANGES and asciidoc a while back convinced
me that to make the formatted output come out right, I had to change
how it was written enough that it no longer read like a plaintext
CHANGES file.

mmd is pretty plain and dumb in HTML. And I did still have to do a
few things that'll look odd if you just look at the plaintext and
don't know they're too make the HTML work right. But it gives
passable HTML, and doesn't distort the plaintext too much. Maybe
someday all those scattered /.*markdown.*/ variants will settle out
and one solid one with better formatting will win out; we'd probably
only need a minor tweak or two to switch to that then. But it's an
improvement for now.
