I have my TV connected to the svideo port on my laptop, and using the
nvidia-settings program I have configured the TV to be the second
screen. The problem is the TV is 1024x768 and the laptop is
1920x1200. So if I move the browser to the TV screen and press
fullscreen (i.e. F11 or the symbol at the bottom of Netflix), it makes
the browser too big, i.e. it goes to fullscreen for the laptop. I think
what I need to do is shift the focus to the second screen before
pressing fullscreen. Is there a way to do that?
