Indeed it does!  As if there's anything in the world except ctwm to
pay attention to...

Well, yes.  But if 90% of configs and people have the same boolean
setting, that's probably a sign that the default is dumb   :p

We certainly wouldn't want to make it a weekly thing to go around
changing defaults, but I don't believe "never" is the right choice
either.  Every couple decades hardly seems excessive, and if there's
one thing software needs, it's fewer --unbreak-me options.
