Hello, goodly morrow
XDM is started (no session manager/management) on boot . Once logged in, ctwm is loaded as the last command in xsession.
when using f.restart, ctwm is closed down and not restarted with XDM login taking over ... unlike that which happened under twm, where f.restart simply restarted (e.g. for reflecting config file updates) .
I suspect this is a config issue and/or lack of knowledge - I have recently had to move over from being a diehard twm user ... but in any case no expert.
Please, any ideas to try to have f.restart work without dumping ctwm and everything going on/loaded at the time etc and just restart like twm does/did ?
Thank you
Habs
