This past weekend I installed qemu to give it a try. It seemed to work
okay until it started up an X11 session inside the emulator window.

I had to click on the window to get it to take input from the mouse and
keyboard. However, I cannot get that window to release the focus.

According to the docs, Ctrl-Alt should get it to release. However,
being that they are both modifiers I am guessing that ctwm is not
sending the keystrokes to the application.

I have not yet tried this in KDE or GNOME so I do not know for sure
that ^Alt works in them either. I thought I'd mention the issue here
already and see if anyone has run into this before and has a solution.

If I get suggestions, great! If not, I will test qemu under KDE and
report back with my findings.

Thank you all for such an awesome window manager! KDE/GNOME might have
more New Looks, but every time I use them I long for being able to get
back to ctwm! :)
